Cakes from Chouxfayre

Beautifully created authentic French patisserie, created for you in North Somerset.

Chouxfayre is run by Clovis Rondet, who trained as a pastry chef in France’s Loire Valley region. Originally from La Fleche, Mr Rondet began an apprenticeship at the age of 15 and went on to work in Paris.

A beautiful combination of South African Rooibos married with the sweetness of bourbon vanilla create this absolute delight

Honeybush (NC) £3.60
It’s flowers smell of honey, earning this plant its sweet name. It brews a cup similar in flavour to pure Rooibos, though arguably a little sweeter. 

Chamomile (Herbal NC) £3.99
Mild herbal infusion made from whole camomile blossoms. Naturally caffeine free and is appreciated for its soothing and calming properties.

Yes we do offer alternatives to dairy mil with OAT Milk

Yes, we usually have some gluten free options available.

Dogs are more than welcome in the book shop but, sadly, we can’t admit dogs into the tea room area.

We use the Bristol-based Extract Coffee. It’s delicious.
