Cakes from Chouxfayre
Beautifully created authentic French patisserie, created for you in North Somerset.
Chouxfayre is run by Clovis Rondet, who trained as a pastry chef in France’s Loire Valley region. Originally from La Fleche, Mr Rondet began an apprenticeship at the age of 15 and went on to work in Paris.

Yes we do offer alternatives to dairy mil with OAT Milk
Yes, we usually have some gluten free options available.
Dogs are more than welcome in the book shop but, sadly, we can’t admit dogs into the tea room area. Though we do have seating outside that you are more than welcome to sit with your dog and have a cup of tea or coffee.
We use the Bristol-based Extract Coffee. It’s delicious.
We sell a range of Books on the Hill tea blends in the shop. Pop in and have a look. We also do our own blends as well.
